We want to buy to purchase 100,000 metric tons of EN590 Diesel,
Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD), on a CIF basis for delivery to
Mexico. We are interested in establishing long-term business
relationships and are seeking reliable suppliers who can
provide consistent quality and timely shipments.
The product should meet international ULSD specifications
suitable for various industrial and transportation applications.
We are also exploring opportunities for supply to other
markets including Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Ecuador.

regular large-volume orders. EN590 Diesel, commonly
referred to as Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD), is a
high-quality diesel fuel produced to meet European

emissions performance. It contains a maximum sulfur
content of 10 parts per million, significantly reducing harmful
sulfur dioxide emissions and particulate matter. EN590 diesel
is used in modern diesel engines, including passenger
vehicles, trucks, buses, and industrial machinery, providing
improved engine performance and compliance with
environmental regulations. There are several grades and
specifications of EN590 diesel, including standard EN590
for automotive use and winter grade EN590 optimized for
low-temperature performance. Additives may be included
to enhance cetane number, improve lubricity, prevent microbial
growth, and protect fuel system components.
The fuel is produced through refining of crude oil
using hydrodesulfurization and blending with bio-diesel
components where allowed under local regulations.

the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Refining and
distribution are carried out by large oil companies such
as Shell, Total Energies, BP, ExxonMobil, and Chevron.
ULSD is typically supplied through bulk storage tanks,
pipelines, rail tankers, or ISO tank containers for international
shipment. Care is taken to maintain fuel quality during storage
and transportation to prevent contamination and degradation.
Global suppliers ensure compliance with strict international
and regional standards, including EN590, ASTM D975,
ISO 8217 (for marine diesel variants), and local
environmental regulations. These standards regulate
sulfur content, cetane number, density, viscosity, flash point,
and cold flow properties, ensuring safe and efficient operation
in diesel engines. EN590 Diesel ULSD is shipped globally
via pipelines, road tankers, rail, or ISO tank containers.
Its low sulfur content, high energy efficiency, and
compliance with emission standards make it essential
for modern diesel engines. The fuel is widely used in
