EN590 Buy Requirement from United Arab Emirates - 08-Dec-2025

We would like to request a formal quotation from you
for 50000 metric tonnes of EN590 (10 ppm ULSD),
with delivery terms CIF (or FOB if you prefer) to China
and with the following general assumptions:

1. Sulphur spec: Standard EN590 (10 ppm)
2. Product conformity / specification certificates (e.g.
lab analysis / inspection)
3. Delivery schedule: [Preferred date or window, e.g.
within 30?45 days of contract signing]
4. Payment terms: via documentary letter of credit /
LOC/bank transfer (or specify your standard payment
terms)
5. Incoterm: CIF (or FOB) please quote both if
possible
Additionally assuming the initial cargo meets quality
and delivery expectations. we are very interested in
discussing a long-term supply agreement (12-36
months, rolling basis), with a view to regular monthly
or bi-monthly shipments in volumes of around 50000 -
100000 MT.

In your quote, kindly indicate:
1. Gross price per metric tonne / net price after all
applicable fees
2. Loading port, estimated shipping schedule, and
lead-time after receipt of payment
3. Certificate of quality and loading / inspection
procedure
4. Minimum order quantity (MOQ), maximum supply
capacity per shipment or per month, and any
limitations
5. Validity period of the quote
Please also include copies of your company
registration certificate, banking details (for payment),
and any standard terms & conditions you require.
