Diesel Fuel Buy Requirement from Ukraine - 11-Feb-2026

We need to purchase of Diesel Fuel ULSD 10 ppm
on FOB terms, Mediterranean ports.
Supply of Technological Gasoline, Naphtha
(Code of Goods CN 2710129000, country of origin ? Ukraine).
Delivery terms: CFR ports of Algeria or other North African countries.
Deliveries will be carried out by our own tanker fleet in volumes of up
to 20,000 tons per month, with shipment lots ranging from 3,200 to 6,500
tons weekly.
The required monthly volume is 20,000 tons.
Purchase of Gas Condensate and Light Crude Oil with a density of
up to 800 kg/m? on FOB terms, Mediterranean ports.

Our company owns a marine tanker fleet with a total deadweight
of 50,000 tons, capable of transporting Technological Gasoline
Naphtha to Algerian ports, as well as delivering petroleum products
from Algerian ports to Ukrainian ports along the Danube River.
AFINA-M LLC is part of the V/M Group, which operates a modern
oil refinery with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons.
The Group is engaged in the trading, storage, and transportation
of petroleum products across Ukraine.
