EN590 and Diesel Buy Requirement from Pakistan - 14-Mar-2026

A buyer who is looking for D6, EN590 10PPM, Jet A1
under the procedure given below. If any seller can
supply the product under the following procedure

Vopak to Vopak transaction procedure preferences

1. If required the buyer submits ICPO and the buyer’s
ATV Vopak account
a Logistics Vopak account name under
2. Seller issues CI to buyer
a Vopak must see direct documentary linkage from the
title holder to the tank registration to the seller
b Therefore the name of the billing party seller on the
CI must match the name on the tank rental at Vopak
or the seller must demonstrate the documentary linkage
c If the seller is a primary ATSC of the titleholder Vopak
may accept a copy of the primary ATSC authorization
document in that case the primary ATSC must own the tanks
3. Buyer submits CI and other documentation to our Vopak agent
4. Vopak agent confirms with the seller’s agent that the fuel
is at Vopak and not committed
5. The Vopak agents return to their respective clients buyer
and seller and confirm that both sides are engaged to
complete the transaction
6. Buyer’s Vopak agent will supply to the seller Vopak
agent whatever information is necessary to complete
the tank exchange

Imperative Vopak will not allow codes and information
regarding the tanks and terminal contacts to flow through
non terminal persons Vopak only receives documents
verifies internally between agents and communicates
only to their clients Clients and their brokers are never
used as a transmission channel.
