Petroleum Products Buy Requirement from Poland - 15-Jun-2026

Dear Sir,

Our client is ready to work and close the deal immediately if your
company accept this procedure, his ICPO already exist in our hands.
CIF Procedure (International Standard Buyer.)
1. Buyer issues ICPO/PO in acceptance of Sellers terms
and procedure.
2. Seller issues Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement
(SPA) for Buyers review and signing.
3. Upon signing the SPA, Seller provides partial POP
documents to Buyer, including:
a) Statement of Product Availability
b) Commitment to Supply
c) Product Passport / Specification
d) Export Allocation License
e) Company Registration Certificate
4. Seller arranges vessel nomination, charter party agreement,
and shipment procedures at Sellers responsibility in accordance
with the SPA terms.
5. Shipment commences according to the agreed loading schedule.
Seller provides the following shipping documents to Buyer:
a) Bill of Lading (BL)
b) Cargo Manifest
c) Certificate of Origin
d) SGS Inspection Report at Loading Port
e) Commercial Invoice
f) Packing / Quantity List
g) Charter Party Agreement Copy
h) Cargo Insurance Certificate
6. Buyer makes payment via MT103 according to SPA
payment terms against SGS report and shipping documents.
7. Seller transfers full ownership rights of the cargo to Buyer
upon confirmation of payment.
8. Monthly shipments continue according to the agreed
contract quantity and schedule for the duration of the
contract period.
Both parties agree to work in accordance with international
trade standards and maintain full cooperation for smooth
execution of the transaction.
Please note:
that we already have many requests for different petroleum
products and we can submit them one by one after we
succeed with the first deal.
