We have many purchase orders for different Petroleum Products .
kindly find our requirement for bitumen for one of our clients as below

Commodity: Bitumen 60/70
Origin: Non-sanctioned
Quantity Monthly: 30,000 Mt (thirty Thousand Metric Tons)
Quantity - Contract: 360,000 Mt Total Contracts For One Year
Specifications: Please Provide
Delivery Terms: Cif Port Constanta, Romania.
?With your SCO, kindly confirm the commission to be mentioned
in the procedure? to put it in the LOI ?as a confirmation of our
readiness? and acceptance.
Kindly note that we are interested in Bitumen, Jet A1 fuel, EN590
10ppm, Agriculture Urea 46% & technical Urea 46.3% ,
DAP and fertilizers products and more petroleum products
as the market needs. send us the SCO with the prices and
the procedure.

The upfront payment will be not accepted by any buyers.
