We are interested to purchase EN590, Jet A1 and D6.

Quantity:
En590 : trial 100,000 metric tons contract 300,000
metric tons x 12
Jet A1 : trial 1,000,000 barrels contract 2,000,000
barrels x 12
D6 : trial 100,000,000 gallons contract 200,000,000
gallons x 12

Delivery basis: TTT,
Destination: Rotterdam, Houston
1- Seller issues SCO
2- Buyer Submits Initial Documents ICPO + TSA
3- Seller sends Commercial Invoice to the Buyer to sign
and return
4- After receiving the signed Cl, the Seller sends the
following POP Documents
-Injection report
- Product Passport
- Certificate of origin
- Statement of Product Availability
- TSR
-ATSC
- NCNDA - IMFPA.

5- After Receiving the POP Documents, the Buyer sends
TSR (Either do Extension to
Seller's Tank or pays his own Tank Farm)
6- After receiving the TSR Seller Issues a Fresh
SGS Report to the Buyer.
7- Injection and Dip Test (Q & Q verification).
8- Payment via MT103 (Buyer pays after successful
DIP Test in Seller's Tank)
9- Title Transfer (Seller Releases Final
Ownership Documents)
10- Settlement For Brokers (Seller pays All intermediates
in the transaction)
Subsequent monthly deliveries to follow the same
procedure (or as per mutually agreed SPA).

We welcome the issuance of a Soft or Full Corporate Offer
(SCO/FCO) to formalize engagement. Upon receipt, our
client is prepared to submit all relevant documents and
move swiftly into execution immediately.

Please conduct the transaction in strict accordance with the
TTT (Tank-to-Tank) trading procedure provided by the
international branded oil company.

Note: Sellers unable to adhere to this specific procedure
are requested not to submit supply offers to our company.
