We are Purchasing Managers for Commercial Fuel
Resellers looking for offers and add products
operating through an established petroleum
trading entity, which aggregates volume
on behalf of multiple downstream end users
and institutional off takers.

The buying group is actively sourcing large, repeatable
volumes of refined petroleum products under FOB
Tank-to-Tank terms at Rotterdam and Houston,
with immediate readiness for trial liftings and structured
long-term offtake.

Buy Requirements (Trial + Contract):
EN590 10ppm: Minimum 1,000,000 MT per shipment
D6 Virgin Fuel Oil: Minimum 100,000,000 gallons
Jet A1: Minimum 1,000,000 barrels

Volumes are scalable. The buyer group will lift maximum
available quantities and expand rapidly based on
performance and allocation.

Delivery Terms:
FOB Tank-to-Tank only
No CIF / No TTM
Ports: Rotterdam & Houston

Commercial Framework (summary):
1. Seller issues FCO/SCO
2. Buyer-side mandate issues ICPO, KYC, TSA
3. Seller issues Commercial Invoice
4. Seller provides full POP (SGS, TSR, ATSC, CO,
Export License, Allocation Transfer, etc.)
5. 100% payment via MT103 upon POP verification
6. Title transfers; product lifted immediately
7. SBLC issued for subsequent monthly liftings under SPA

Seller Fit:
We are engaging title holders, refiners, tank owners,
authorized mandates, and qualified resellers who
have direct control of product or allocation.
We do not engage speculative offers or long
intermediary chains.
