EN590, Jet A1 and Diesel Buy Requirement from United Kingdom - 17-Feb-2026

We have a major buyer for EN590, D6 AND A1 at Rotterdam,
Houston and Jurong on Vopak to Vopak basis prices.

If you have a Vopak Seller That Is A Title Holder,
A)Send procedures
B)Send Title holder's details for ICPO issuance.
C)Cfm acceptance of prices.
D)Also cfm acceptance of the procedures below.

Vopak-to-Vopak Procedure
1. Buyer issues an ICPO addressed to the Seller
for verification and approval.
2. Seller issues a Commercial Invoice (CI).
Buyer signs and returns the CI within 24 hours.
3. Seller issues authorization for the Buyers
Vopak Terminal Manager to communicate with
the Sellers Vopak Terminal Manager to verify the
existence of the product.
4. After confirmation, the Buyers Vopak Terminal
Manager submits to the Sellers Vopak Terminal Manager:
a. Vopak Terminal Agreement or Vopak Reference
b. Vopak Barcode
5. Buyer finalizes Vopak Terminal protocols.
6. Seller issues full POP documents to the Buyers
Vopak Terminal Manager and injection begins.
7. Upon completion of injection, Buyer makes full
payment via MT103 TT and Seller transfers title to Buyer.

Important Notes
Buyer must submit a CIS before proceeding
with verification.
Only direct Vopak lease holders are accepted
(no JV Group Proxy Sub-lease).
Buyer must include their Vopak name in the ICPO
for Seller to verify with Vopak.

Only sellers that are title holders need respond.
