Copper Cathodes Buy Requirement from India - 10-Jul-2026

We are a principal procurement firm currently structuring a multi-month
Non-LME Copper Cathode purchase agreement originating out of the
African Copperbelt. We are requesting a comprehensive quotation for
bonded warehousing, customs clearance, and collateral management
services under an FCA structure.

1. TRANSACTION PROFILE & VOLUMES:
* Commodity: Non-LME Registered Copper Cathodes
(Cu min 99.99%)
* Trial Shipment: 1,000 Metric Tons (MT)
* Monthly Contract: 10,000 Metric Tons (MT) x 12 Months
* Target Delivery Terms: FCA Bonded Warehouse
* Preferred Hubs: Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) or Ndola/Kitwe
(Zambia)

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED:
* Provision of secure, SGS/AHK-approved bonded warehouse
space.
* Processing and management of Warehouse Warrants /
Warehouse Receipts (SKR) to facilitate title transfer.
* Access and facilitation for independent inspection agencies
(SGS / Alfred H. Knight) to sample, weigh, and test chemical
purity.
* Inbound cross-border customs handling and transit bond
clearance (ZRA / TRA compliance).

3. Requested specifications in your quotation:
* Current storage/holding fees per MT per day.
* Handling charges (Inbound stripping, weighing, destuffing,
and outbound reloading).
* Customs clearance and administrative documentation
fees per shipment.
* Confirmation of whether your facility is currently holding
unallocated, third-party copper cathode inventory from
depositors open to commercial off-take matching.

Please provide your standard terms, a schedule of rates,
and indicate your current capacity limitations for the
requested monthly volume.
