We are currently sourcing Electrolytic Copper Cathodes and
would like to invite your company to submit your best quotation.
Please quote according to the following
specifications and commercial terms:

1. Commodity
Electrolytic Copper Cathodes / Copper Cathodes Grade A

2. Grade / Composition
Cu 99.99% min, LME Grade A, or equivalent

3. Standard
LME Grade A, conforming to BS EN 1978:1998, ASTM B115,
GB/T 467-2010, or equivalent international standard

4. Dimensions / Weight
Standard cathode dimensions or your standard specification. Please
state the nominal weight per cathode and per bundle.

5. Quantity
Trial order: [ ] MT
Annual requirement: [ ] MT
The quantity may be adjusted according to actual demand.

6. Quality Requirements
Uniform composition, clean surface, free from cracks, porosity,
slag inclusion and serious oxidation. A Mill Test Certificate / Certificate
of Analysis is required for each lot. LME registered brand is preferred.

7. Price
Please quote in USD per metric ton, Incoterms 2020, on [FOB / CIF / CFR]
[loading port / destination port] basis.
If priced against LME, please state the LME reference, premium/discount
and pricing formula, e.g. LME cash settlement average for [month] plus [ ]
USD/MT.

8. Payment Terms
Please state your acceptable payment terms. An irrevocable L/C at sight is
preferred. T/T and other terms may be considered.

9. Delivery
[ ] days after receipt of L/C or down payment. Please state the loading port,
shipment schedule, and whether partial shipment is allowed.

10. Packing
Cathodes strapped in bundles, approx. [2?C2.5] MT per bundle, suitable
for sea transportation. Please state the quantity per 20/40 container.

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, mill test
certificate, certificate of analysis, weight certificate, LME registered brand
certificate, and third-party inspection certificate if required.

12. Inspection
SGS / BV / CCIC or equivalent inspection at loading port is acceptable.
