Electrolytic Copper Cathodes Buy Requirement from China - 30-Oct-2026

We are a buyer based in China with a substantial monthly
demand for non-ferrous metals. We are currently seeking
reliable, direct sellers or authorized producers for the
long-term supply of the following commodities:
Quantity Required: Minimum 10,000 MT per month for copper
cathode; please quote your available capacity for copper concentrate.
Delivery Port / Destination: CIF Shanghai Port, China (Incoterms 2020)
Other major Chinese ports may also be considered.
1. Product Requirements:

Product A: Electrolytic Copper Cathode (Cu min 99.99%
Grade A, standard dimensions).

Product B: Copper Concentrate (Please specify typical
Cu content, moisture, and impurity levels like Arsenic,
Lead, etc.).

Quantity: Minimum 10,000 MT per month for copper cathode
please quote your available capacity for copper concentrate.

Contract Duration: At least 12 months (1 year), with the
possibility of extension.

Delivery Terms: CIF Shanghai Port, China (Incoterms
2020). Other major Chinese ports may also be considered.

Pricing: Please provide your best CIF price. If quoting based
on LME, kindly specify the pricing formula (e.g., LME minus
X%), the applicable LME quotation date (e.g., shipment date
contract date, or average of specific days), and the exact
premium/discount.

2. Payment Terms (Non-Negotiable):

The Buyer will only issue a 100% irrevocable Documentary
Letter of Credit (DLC / MT700).

No advance payment of any kind (no T/T deposit, no
preliminary fees, no tank access fees, etc.).

Payment will be released strictly against compliant shipping

documents and successful CCIC/SGS inspection at the
destination port in China.

3. Information Required for Evaluation:
To proceed, please provide the following documents and
information:

Full legal name, registration details, and company profile of
the Seller.

Valid GACC registration number (if applicable) and export licenses.

Detailed technical specifications and Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) / contract template.

Proof of past performance or shipment records (confidential
details may be redacted).

Please note that we do not accept mandate letters or intermediary
authorizations as proof of supply capability. We only deal
directly with the end seller.
