an international trading and engineering company established
in 1998, with active involvement in petroleum products
sourcing, steel trading, and infrastructure supply.

Magnum Corporation operates in association with K F
Corporation, United Kingdom, supporting international
coordination, supplier engagement, and global trade
execution across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Within the Bangladesh energy sector, we act as an
indenter and liaison partner, maintaining working
relationships with key stakeholders including Bangladesh
Petroleum Corporation (BPC) and relevant authorities
under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.
Our role involves facilitating international supplier
engagement and supporting procurement coordination
in compliance with applicable government procedures.

We are currently looking for reliable and established
suppliers for a structured petroleum procurement
program for Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation
(BPC) with the following indicative requirements:

Products & Quantities (Bulk Supply):

Gas Oil (EN590 10ppm): 500,000 MT
Jet A1: 200,000 MT
HSFO 180 CST: 150,000 MT
Gasoline (RON 95): 100,000 MT
LPG: 100,000 MT
LNG: 100,000 MT

Delivery Terms:
Incoterms: CIF
Discharge Port: Chattogram Port, Bangladesh

Pricing Basis:

Indexed to international benchmarks
(Saudi Aramco OSP / Platts Asia/Europe)
with supplier margin.

Payment Terms:

100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit, issued by a
Reputable bank, payable at sight against shipping
documents and Q&Q inspection at discharge port.
No advance payment.

Procurement Structure:

Subject to Government procedures under Open
ender Method (OTM) or Direct Procurement Method
(DPM), depending on final approval.

Origin:
Open to established producing regions including the
Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, subject to
compliance and logistics feasibility.
