Petroleum Products Buy Requirement from Bangladesh - 17-Oct-2026

We invite suppliers/ refineries/ trading companies who are
capable and experience in Government or large-scale
supply contracts to express their interest in supply of following
products and complying terms and conditions mentioned below:

Please find Bangladesh Government required
products Procurement Procedures as follows:

01) Below is the list of regular required products
and their quantity (Bulk Supply):


Gas Oil (EN590 10ppm) 500,000 MT/Order soon
after open of the L/C
Jet A1 200,000 MT/Order soon after open of the L/C
HSFO 180 CST 150,000 MT/ order soon after open of
the L/C
Gasoline (RON 95) 100,000 MT/ order soon after
open of the L/C
Crude Oil 250,000 MT/Order soon after open
of the L/C
LPG 100,000 MT/Order soon after open of the L/C
LNG 100,000 MT/Order soon after open of the L/C

Delivery Terms:-Incoterms: CIF
Discharge Port: Chattogram Port, Bangladesh
Pricing Basis:-Indexed to international benchmarks
(Saudi Aramco OSP / Platts Asia/Europe)
with supplier margin + Commission at buyer’s end).
05) Bid Bond : 3% of the total Quoted Price to be submitted
by Seller along with the bid.
06) Performance Guarantee (PG)- Seller will provide
Performance Guarantee (PG)-5% of the total contracted
value in favor of Bangladesh Government which will be
return to the seller after successful completion of the supply.
07) Payment Terms:-100% Contracted value
(Product price+ Shipping Cost + Seller Margin
Commission for agent at buyer end) will be paid in
favour of the Tender Bidder by 100% Irrevocable
Letter of Credit, issued by a Reputable bank,
payable at sight against shipping documents and
Q&Q inspection at discharge port. Payment will be
released by SWIFT. No advance payment will be entertained.
08) Procurement Structure:-Subject to Bangladesh
Government procedures under Open Tender Method
(OTM)
09) Origin:- Open to established producing regions
including the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia,
subject to compliance and logistics feasibility.
10) Lifting Schedule- Soon after opening of the
Letter of Credit

B) Procurement procedure documentation
C) Technical specifications and lifting schedule
12) We would appreciate receiving:
A) Company profile and trading credentials
B) Product availability (by category)
