EN590 Buy Requirement from South Korea (Republic Of Korea) - 30-Mar-2026

Dear Sir / Madam,

We act under mandate on behalf of Ceylon Petroleum
Corporation (CPC), Sri Lanka’s national oil company,
for the procurement of EN590 10PPM diesel.

We are inviting direct refineries, title holders, or verifiable
mandates only to submit offers under the following framework:

Product: EN590 10PPM Diesel
Delivery: DES / CIF Sri Lanka
Trial: One (1) spot cargo (compulsory)
Term: 0.5 – 1.0 MTPA
Contract Duration: 3–5 years
Payment: DLC / SBLC from a first-class international bank

Strict Compliance & Screening Policy:

Only end-sellers, refinery mandates, or title holders
will be considered
Intermediaries, broker chains, and unsolicited intermediations
are strictly excluded Proof of supply capability will be
required at the appropriate stage.

Mandatory Submission (No Exception):
All submissions must include:

Company CIS (Client Information Sheet)
SCO (Soft Corporate Offer) with full commercial terms

Failure to submit both documents will result in immediate
disqualification without review or response.

We do not engage in exploratory discussions without
formal documentation. Only parties meeting the above
criteria will be contacted.
