We require to buy EN590 on STS basis in Singaporean /
Malaysian waters. Buyer will first send CPA for seller's approval.
Once approved buyer will send ICPO + CIS.

We require ESPO on VTT basis at Zhoushan / Dalian port.
Buyer will first send TSA for seller's approval.
Once approved buyer will send ICPO + CIS.
