EN590 (Diesel) Buy Requirement from India - 11-Mar-2026

We need to buy EN590 10PPM (Diesel).

1. Buyer Issues ICPO, Buyer submits ICPO in
accordance with the Sellers working terms, including:
Company registration documents
Passport copy of authorized signatory
Full banking details
Valid Tank Storage Agreement (TSA).

2. Seller Issues Commercial Invoice (CI), Seller
provides CI for the available product. Buyer signs
and returns the CI within its validity period.

3. Seller Issues Unconditional Dip Test Authorization
(UDTA), Upon receipt of the signed CI.

4. Seller Issues Full POP Package, after validating the
completed UDTA, Seller submits the full set of Proof of
Product (POP) documents:

Fresh SGS Report (not older than 48 hours)
Product Reservoir Receipt (it should not be PDF)
Authorization to Sell & Collect Certificate (ATSCC)
Accreditation Certificates
Product Passport (Quality & Quantity Specification)

Pre-Injection Report (PIR)
NCNDA / IMFPA (for all intermediaries)
Certificate of Origin
Authority to Verify (ATV).

5. Dip Test Execution, Upon receipt and confirmation of
POP, Buyer deploys SGS/Intertek surveyors to conduct
the dip test in the Sellers tank. All tests
(Quantity & Quality) are carried out under
SGS or Intertek supervision.

6. Buyer Makes Payment, Upon successful dip test:
Buyer transfers full payment by MT103/TT for the total
tested volume.

7. Commission Payment & Injection Release, Upon
confirmation of Buyers payment:-seller pays all commissions
to intermediaries within 24 hours.
Seller initiates product release or injection
according to terminal instructions.

8. Contract Issuance, After successful completion of the first
transaction, Seller issues a long-term contract for the
Buyers desired duration and volume.
