EN590 Buy Requirement from Zimbabwe - 27-Jan-2026

Hi,

We are interested to purchase EN590.

Product: EN590 10PPM (ULSD)
Quantity: 100,000MT (Spot)
Delivery: FOB Fujairah TTT
Procedure:
1.Buyer issues an official ICPO along with Company
Registration Certificate, Passport Copy and Tank
Storage Agreement (TSA).

2. Seller within 24 hours verifies the Buyer's TSA.

3. Upon the verification of the Buyer’s TSA, Seller
Issues Commercial Invoice (CI) For the Agreed
Quantity to the Buyer. Buyer Signs and Returns
the CI together with a recent BCL addressed to Seller
quoting the CI reference number as proof
of financial capacity to conclude the transaction.

4. Seller provides the Buyer the following POP:

• Fresh SGS Report max 48h (Quality & Quantity
Inspection) made in the Seller’s
tanks in Houston Port.
• Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
• Injection Report
• UDTA
• ATV for verification in person
• Letter of the commitment to supply
• Certificate Of Origin of the product
• Passport of the product
• Authorization to Sell and Collect
• Seller’s Tank Farm Notice of Readiness (NOR),
along with the injection schedule.

5. The Buyer makes the Dip Test or verifies the
TSR and the SGS Report. Upon successful Dip Test or
verification of TSR and SGS, the Buyer issue the TSR
and the ATI (Authorization to Inject), and Seller
arranges immediately the Injection
of Product into Buyer's Tank(S).

6. At the end of the injection, the Seller issue the
Injection Report, and the Buyer Makes Payment in
Full Via Mt103 Wire Transfer or TT For the total
Injected product.

7. Seller Transfers all Title of Ownership and
Shipping Documents to the Buyer, or to the Company
designated by the Buyer, with the Export Documents.

8. Seller settles payment to all Intermediaries and
Parties involved within 24 hours.
9. Buyer and seller enter into a 12 month contract
if required with possible ROE
