We want to buy Diesel Fuel EN590 (10ppm).
Product: Diesel Fuel EN590 (10ppm)
Terms: FOB, Port of Rotterdam
Contract: Annual, with prolongation option

Buyer’s Authorized Requestor

Transaction Parameters
Product: Diesel Fuel EN590, Sulphur 10ppm
Origin: Any country except Kazakhstan (Kazakh
origin is not accepted)
Annual Contract: 100,000 MT monthly (3,600,000
MT yearly)
Delivery Terms: FOB — Port of Rotterdam
Inspection: SGS (at Seller’s expense)

Payment Terms:

SWIFT MT103- after successful DIP test &
injection
SBLC/DLC optional (Top-tier bank only
per monthly tranche)

Mandatory Transaction Procedure

Before SPA and banking instruments the Seller
must provide the following POP documents:
Fresh SGS report (less than 48 hours)
TSR (Tank Storage Receipt)
DTA (Dip Test Authorization)
Injection Report
Tank Fact Sheet
ATSC (Authorization to Sell and Collect)

After POP confirmation:
DIP test takes place, Buyer’s tank is provided product is
injected, and payment is made via MT103.

Additional Information
The end buyer has an active TSA in the Port of
Rotterdam
Only real title holders or officially authorized
mandates will be considered
No offers from Kazakhstan-registered companies or
Kazakhstan-origin product are accepted

Commissions

Commissions are fixed in NCNDA/IMFPA
Payment within 48 hours after Buyer’s payment
Structure must be agreed prior to CI issuance
and SPA signing
