We want to buy EN590.

Strictly Dip & Pay Procedure
Product : EN590 & D6 Diesel
The seller provides a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO)
indicating available product quantities in the storage
tank.
The buyer submits the following:
ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)
CIS (Customer Information Sheet)
TSA (Tank Storage Agreement)
Seller verifies buyer’s documents and issues the
Commercial Invoice (CI).
The buyer verifies and signs the CI, and provides
Proof of Funds (POF) to the seller.
Seller issues either:
A fresh SGS report, or DTA (Dip Test Authorization
Letter) allowing the buyer to conduct dip test in the
seller’s tank.
Upon successful verification of all documents and
SGS reports by the buyer’s team, the buyer will
commence the dip test in the seller’s storage tank.
Once the product quality and quantity are confirmed,
Buyer makes full payment for the available product via
MT103 or TT wire transfer.
the product will be transferred into the buyer’s storage
tank
Seller transfers title of ownership to the buyer.
Seller pays all intermediaries as per signed NCNDA
/IMFPA for monthly deliveries.
Upon successful first lift, the buyer and seller sign an
annual supply contract.
Repeat same procedures.
