EN590 Buy Requirement from Kazakhstan - 05-Dec-2025


We are urgently seeking a supply of EN590 (10 ppm
Diesel) on a CIF basis to Qingdao Port, China.
Please note that the buyer is ready, willing, and able
to proceed exclusively with Petrochen Oil Refinery,
based on a record of successful past performance.
We wish to emphasize that the buyer will only
engage with a valid mandate or authorized
representative directly connected to Petrochen Oil
Refinery. Any third parties or intermediaries without
a verifiable mandate or direct authorization from the
refinery are kindly requested not to make contact,
as the buyer will not entertain offers from any other
source.
The previous mandate to Petrochen Oil Refinery,
through whom the buyer successfully completed
prior transactions, is no longer reachable. Therefore, we are seeking direct re-establishment of
communication with the refinery or its new officially
appointed mandate.
Should you be in a position to provide a valid SCO
(Soft Corporate Offer) issued directly by Petrochen
Oil Refinery, please contact me at your earliest
convenience.
