EN590 (Diesel) Buy Requirement from India - 25-Nov-2025

We require En590 on a STS basis. Transaction location
will be Malaysian waters
Procedures:
Buyer will send ICPO with CIS
Seller will send draft SPA with CIS for due diligence.
Buyer will send SPA duly signed after making any
adjustment (if required) to the buyer
Seller will share PPOP with the buyer & also advise
buyer of his vessel’s ETA at location in
Malaysian waters.
Vessel Declaration
Bill of Lading
Loading report (i.e. Ullage report)
Q & Q analysis report at loading port
Cargo Manifest
ATB
ATV
Unconditional Dip test Authorization (UDTA)

Transmission company will send their invoice
directly to buyer for immediate
settlement after successful dip test
After payment settlement to the transmission
company, transmission begins immediately.
After completion of the transmission, buyer will
make full payment of the cargo to seller
Title transfer to the buyer should be at the earliest.
Buyer will not entertain any upfront payment in
any form or for any reason before verifying the stock.
shipping/lifting key steps are summarised as follows:
1. Seller: Provide the POPs documents
shipping documents.
2. Seller, master vessel captain (Seller-Ship).
Follow the pre-arrival checklist documents
and submit
them to the Buyer’s Melaka Plot Agent (transfuel SDN BHD
represented by Calvin Lim as the
Plot Agent).
3. The Plot Agent will send an email to the Master
vessel (Seller-Ship) for communication and provide
all the above checklist documents.
4. Vessel (Seller-Ship) must show calling port,
Tanjung Bruas Port, Melaka, Malaysia.
5. The Plot Agent will provide the STS Plot for vessel
(Seller-Ship) for arrival.
6. In Port Limit (IPL) costs, including pilotage and
mooring, and Plot Agent costs are covered by the
Buyer. This is a favor for the seller.
7. Upon arrival of the vessel (Seller-Ship) at the
Plot, the buyer will arrange a surveyor (intertek)
for a dip test.
8. Upon successful result from the Lab,
Buyer-Ship shall moor alongside the
Seller-Ship, the buyer
will pay 40% of the cargo value upon host
connection. The balance 60% will be paid
after completion
of the injection and before host disconnection.
Concurrently, the title and the export documents will
be transferred to Buyer’s nominee.
9. The steps described here and any further new
instructions and updates via email will prevail over
those statements in the bundle if there is a contradiction.

This is immediate requirement and an annual contract.
Only serious title holders may send their legitimate
offer please.
