Diesel Buy Requirement from Iran - 06-Oct-2025


We hereby issue this preliminary Letter of Intent (LOI)
to purchase Diesel fuel under the following terms
and conditions:

1. Product: Automotive Diesel Fuel 50 ppm
2. Specification: Must meet SANS 342:2016.
Full specification file will be provided.
3. Quantity: 35000 MT per shipment
4. Contract term: 12 months, 6 shipments totaling
210000 MT
5. Delivery term: CIF (Durban Port, South Africa)

This preliminary LOI is issued in good faith and reflects
our genuine interest in engaging in this transaction.
We confirm that we are ready, willing and able to proceed
with the purchase upon mutually agreed terms
The rest of the information such as full specification will
be provided upon sending the official Letter Of Intent (LOI)
I would also appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter
in more details as we aim to have a long-term contract.
