EN590 Buy Requirement from United States - 01-Oct-2025

We are looking for suppliers of EN590 Diesel.
Origin: Kazakhstan
Delivery: Jurong, Singapore
Trial Quantity: 100000 MT
Quantity: 400000 MT X 12 months
Buyer is looking for a seller who will use buyer's
procedure. Buyer owns his own vessel.
Buyer's Procedure: Transaction Procedures FOB Ship-to-ship (STS) in-port

CPA: Local Asia
1. The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate
Purchase Order (ICPO) along with the
Company Profile and a copy of the Representatives
Passport.
2. Upon successful verification of the above
documents, the Seller issues a Commercial
Invoice (CI) to the Buyer. After the Buyer countersigns
the CI, the process proceeds.
3. The Buyer submits the Ship?s Q88to the Seller and
activates the said ship immediately.
4. Both Ship Captains communicate via mobile phone,
VHF, or satellite phone to confirm the location of the
designated delivery point within the In-Port Limit (IPL)
at Tanjung Pelepas/ Bruas.
5. Upon successful communication between both
Shipping Agents and Ship Captains, the Buyers Ship
sails to the designated delivery point at the IPL in
Tanjung Pelepas/ Bruas.
6. Both ships go alongside at the delivery point. The
Buyers surveyor (SGS or equivalent) and
representatives board the Seller?s Ship to conduct the
Quality & Quantity (Q&Q) test and monitor the STS
operation.
7. After hosing all pipes between both ships, the
pumping and transfer of cargo from the Sellers Ship to
the Buyers Ship commence immediately.
8. Once the pumping is fully completed, the Buyer
transfers 100% of the cargo value to the Sellers
nominated bank account.
9. Upon confirmation from the Sellers Bank that the
full 100% payment has been received, all hoses are
released and the Buyer?s Ship is cleared to sail.
10. If the final quantity delivered to the Buyer exceeds
the initial cash TT transfer value in the CI, the Buyer
agrees to make an additional cash TT transfer to the
Seller without dispute or delay.
11. If a short-term or long-term purchase contract
exists between the Buyer and Seller, the above
procedure remains valid for each delivery unless
revised and mutually agreed upon in writing by both
parties.
