EN590 Buy Requirement from Botswana - 18-Aug-2025

We want to buy EN590.
Kindly reach out to my mobile number and email for
Vopak product in Rotterdam for the procedure below.
But there is a $10 consultation agreement to be
signed first.

Vopak To Vopak Procedure:
1. Buyer initiates transaction. Buyer issues the
following documents addressed to the Seller for
verification and approval. Know You Customer (KYC),
Company Information Sheet (CIS). Irrevocable
Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
2. Seller Authorization. Seller issues Authorization
Letter allowing Buyer's Vopak Terminal Manager to
directly communicate with Seller's Vopak Terminal
Manager.
Purpose: Verification of product existence at the
Vopak Terminal.
3. Commercial Invoice (CI) issuance. Seller issues
Commercial Invoice (CI) to Buyer. Buyer must sign
and return the CI within 24 hours.
4. Terminal Verification & Document Exchange. Once
the product is confirmed, Buyer's Vopak Terminal
Manager submits the following to Seller's Vopak
Terminal Manager: Vopak Terminal Agreement or
Vopak Reference Code, Vopak Barcode.
5. Finalization of Terminal Protocols. Buyer finalizes
all necessary Vopak Terminal Protocols.
6. Product Ownership Proof and Injection. Injection
process begins or a tank swap is arranged.
7. Payment & Title Transfer. Upon completion of
Injection.
8. Commission Payment. Both parties settle
commissions with their respective intermediaries
Commissions apply throughout the contract, including
rolls and extensions.

Buyer pays Buyer side commissions to buyer team.
Seller pays seller side commissions to seller team.
