We are looking for buy EN590 (Diesel).
Product: EN590 10 PPM Diesel Fuel

Quantity: 100,000 metric tons per week

Delivery Method: Tank-to-vessel or
pipeline-to-vessel

Dip & Pay Procedure: Buyer requires a
face-to-face meeting for verification and
inspection prior to payment

Payment & Transaction Terms
Payment Method: MT103 direct transfer
upon successful dip test and verification

Delivery Location: Buyer’s designated port
via FOB Tank-to-Vessel/Pipeline-to-Vessel

Inspection & Verification: Buyer mandates
SGS or an equivalent third-party inspector
for quality confirmation

Additional Conditions
Face-to-Face Meeting: Buyer requests an
in-person inspection and verification of
the fuel before finalizing the transaction.

Documentary Requirements: Seller
must provide full proof of product
(POP), including:

Certificate of Origin

SGS Report

Q&Q Certificate

Tank Storage Confirmation

Export and Clearance Permits
