EN590 Buy Requirement from China - 12-May-2025

We want to buy EN590 / Spot Goods / FOB Qingdao
Port, Zhoushan Port, Ningbo Port, Zhanjiang Port

Newly added Tianjin Port and Huizhou Port
(Year - round supply to Singapore, Rotterdam, Fujairah,
Houston)

No deposit, no security deposit, and goods are
delivered to the storage tank without advance
payment. (The seller pays the buyer's tank rental fee
first. The payment is made after inspection. The origin
is Kazakhstan, with direct signing with the refinery.)

Operation process: First submit the Tank Storage
Agreement (TSA) to the seller for verification, and
then submit the Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
(ICPO). (Details for private discussion)

Explanation of TSA: If the buyer really wants to obtain
a tank - renting company recognized by the seller, the
intermediary can recommend a logistics company with
an international background, which is easy to get
verified, and the rental cost is lower than the market
price. Generally, this method is not adopted for fear of
misunderstandings from the buyer.

The contract price range is $450 + per ton, with a
minimum order quantity of 100000 tons. Annual
contracts are available.

Commission and remuneration: Only first - hand buyers
are eligible to negotiate. Intermediaries can participate
in the transaction and will receive remuneration upon
successful conclusion of the deal.

There are spot goods in Qingdao Port and Zhoushan
Port. A fixed number of N ships deliver goods every
month, providing a cyclic supply of goods. First come,
first served.
