Mandate acting on behalf of Bioplus RE Projects &
Solution Sdn Bhd, hereby issue this Irrevocable
Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) for the purchase of
EN590 Diesel Oil (10 PPM) under the terms and
conditions specified below. All parties acknowledge my
role as an intermediary entitled to commission in
accordance with the underlying NCNDA/IMFPA

Product Origin : Kazakhstan
Loading Port : Rotterdam
First Trial Qty: 100000 Mt
Contract Qty : 200000 MT per month x 12 months
with R&E
Delivery Term : Cif Port, (Please confirm the port)
Payment Term : Irrevocable, Confirmed, automatically
revolving DLC/MT700 or SBLC/MT760. final payment
via MT103/TT
Inspection : Sgs Q&q Or Similar
