EN590 (Diesel) Buy Requirement from Hong Kong - 07-Apr-2025

Dear Sir,

Please send a brief company profile
of your company.

Our requirement is En590 10 PPM

We have four potential buyers.
We work with reputable refineries,
brokers and mandates only.

TTT/TTV or TTO with POP will work.

We as a buyers? Intermediary and mandate
must inform you that we have 4 buyers
and our required quantity is about
100,000 Mt. to 300,000 Mt. a month
Our buyer must see POP in the shape
of IMO Or any other relevant POP
document.
Without POP buyer has no interest to
issue ICPO.
Rest of the sellers? Procedure will be
followed. Now we have four sellers we
are in discussions with. All four have
issued IMO for TTO. If you can provide
IMO or information about the tanker, its
location, port, voyage information,
we shall sign MOU with your company
before issuing ICPO.

We are serious in conducting business
with your company and wish our buyers?
Requirements will be met to conclude
business for mutual benefits.

PS once we build a trust between the
two parties, buyer will stop asking POP.
