We want to buy ESPO Oil from the direct seller's
company. On FOB terms, we will buy from 1000000
barrels to 4000000 barrels per month at the ports of
Nakhodka, Vladivostok, and Kozmino. We are signing a
one-year contract. We will pay your commission, We
buy at a price of 48 $-50$ per barrel, We will buy in the
ports of Kozmino, Vladivostok Nakhodka.
