EN590 Buy Requirement from China - 06-Oct-2026

Hello,

We are interested to purchase EN590 10PPM and ESPO.
If you are a genuine refinery, please be advised of our genuine intention.
We seek petroleum products available at a port within China.
Our transaction requirements are set out below:
Both parties to sign the SPA.
Sign the Commercial Invoice (CI).
Provide the Buyer with PPOP documents including ATSC, Certificate
of Origin, UDTA (which must state clear, reachable contact name
and telephone number for the China-based tank farm), fresh SGS
Report and TSR. The TSR shall retain a validity period of no less
than 3 days upon receipt by the Buyer.
Following re-inspection and confirmation by the SGS inspector
appointed by the Buyer, 100% of the payment shall be remitted
by MT103 TT within 12–48 hours. Concurrently, the Seller’s tank
storage charges shall be extended until completion of pumping
transfer to the Buyer.
PROHIBITIONS:
No procedural traps may be established prior to the provision of
the SGS Report and TSR. Requests for tank storage fees,
requirement for the Buyer’s signature on tank documents,
permit fees, port dues or any similar charges are prohibited,
as such matters waste the time of both parties.
It is prohibited to pass off SGS sample test reports as bulk
cargo sampling inspection reports.
It is prohibited to withhold the tank farm manager’s name
and telephone number, or to set up procedures with the
intent to defraud payment.
