EN590 Buy Requirement from India - 27-Mar-2025

We hereby express our sincere intent to purchase
EN590 10 PPM Diesel Fuel under the following terms
and conditions:

1. Product Specification:
Product: EN590 10PPM Diesel Fuel
2. Quantity:
Monthly Quantity: 100000 MT to 500000 MT
3. Delivery Terms:
Delivery Point: China Port
Delivery Method: Tank or Vessel (TTO)
4. Pricing:
Based on mutually agreed terms and market conditions
5. Contract Duration:
Initially for 12 months with the option to extend upon
mutual agreement
6. Payment Terms:
5% after maritime declaration, 95% after SGS
inspection.
7. Inspection:
SGS or equivalent inspection at loading port
This Letter of Intent is issued with the understanding
that it does not constitute a binding agreement but is
intended to outline the basis for further negotiations
and contract finalization. We are prepared to engage in
detailed discussions and conclude the formal contract
upon mutual agreement.
