EN590 (Diesel) Buy Requirement from Burkina Faso - 24-Mar-2025

We are looking for EN590 suppliers or
tittle holder willing only to work with
Only the bellow procedure.

Transaction procedure FOB Rotterdam;
Tank To Tank/ Tank to Vessel/Tank
Take Over (Buyer’s Option)

1. Buyer accepts Seller working procedure
and issue ICPO.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice,
Buyer signs and returns back Commercial
Invoice along with TSA/CPA.
3. Seller issues the following Valid PPOP
documents to buyer:
a. DIP test authorization (DTA)
b. authorization to sell and collect
c. product passport
d. ATV physically verifiable.
E. TSR with hub code and GPS
coordinates
f. Injection Report/Entry SGS report.
4. Upon verification of the ppop
Buyer at his own cost execute dip
test through SGS/Equivalent at seller's tank.
5. After successful DIP test,
(NCNDA/IMFPA) will be signed by all parties.
6. Seller injects product into Buyer’s vessel
or injects into Buyer’s tanks or Buyer take
over the Seller storage tanks.
7. Within maximum 48 hours after Injection
/tank take over Buyer pays via MT 103/TT
for the spot transaction and Seller issues
all export documents to Buyer and transfers
the ownership of the goods to the Buyer
Nominee.
8. Upon conclusion of first lift transaction
Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the
Transaction and proceeds with the singing
of the contract with the buyer.
9. Seller and Buyer exchange SPA for 12
month contract for review and amendment.
On finalization of the SPA buyer and Seller
seal and sign and start execution of the
SPA as mentioned in the contract.
10. Buyer will have the right to endorse
assign all documents to the third party if
they wish.
11. Buyer shall have the right to issue the
third party shipping and Logistic documents
and take delivery of the goods into their
nominated vessel/tank in such event
Seller shall have no objection.
