EN590 Buy Requirement from United Kingdom - 28-Feb-2025

We are reaching out regarding a client who is ready to
proceed with a 35000 MT EN590 10 PPM CIF contract
for a 12 month duration. My client requires a procedure
with no deposit and no advance payments, preferring
to work with solicitors or lawyers to ensure
transparency and compliance, rather than relying on
SBLC or LC.

To safeguard both parties, the agreement will include a
penalty clause:

If the supplier fails to fulfil their contractual obligations,
they will be liable for a 10% penalty payment.
If the buyer fails to meet their contractual obligations,
they will also be liable for a 10% penalty payment.
This penalty will be based on the total cost of the
shipment.

Additionally, the buyer will be required to provide proof
of funds as part of the agreed procedure. The ICPO is
on standby, and my client is prepared to move forward
once terms are aligned.
