EN590 Buy Requirement from China - 26-Dec-2024

Dear Sir,

The China Council for the Promotion of International
Trade acts as the agent for the Australian RLD Capital
buyer's EN590 purchase order.

We want to purchase EN590 FOB TTT 200000 tons
per month, 2.4 million tons per year, Rotterdam (The
buyer's operation process must be implemented)

Please carefully read the following buyer's operation
process. Suppliers who can implement and guarantee
the provided products, please reply to me as soon as
possible and provide the price so that the buyer can
submit the ICPO.

Procedures For Tank To Tank
1. Buyer issues ICPO along with Company Profile +
Buyer’s Passport Copy for Data File along with validation
Tank
Storage Agreement (TSA). Please note that the
document will be a TSA – not a TSR and no Port
Authority Code is available – verification is through
contacting the Tank Farm Provider. 2. Seller verifies
buyer’s ICPO & TSA and issues Commercial Invoice (CI)
for the available quantity in the storage tank to buyer,
Buyer signs and return back to seller for final
endorsement within 24 hours, and along with the
buyer official confirmation letter to confirm that they
are willing and able to complete the transaction
without changing initial procedure.
3. Seller Issues to buyer the below full POP
documents: -
A. Fresh SGS Report (Not older than 48 hours)
B. Product Reservoir Receipt ie TSR
C. Accreditation Certificate
D. Product Passport (Quantity and Quality Analysis)
E. Authorization to Sell and Collect Certificate (ATSC)
F. Injection Report
G. Certificate of Product Origin
H. Authorization to Verify (ATV) the product
4. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above POP
Documents, Buyer provides its testing officials (SGS or
INTERTEK) and the needed test are carried out on the
product in seller’s tanks – Or Buyer is satisfied with
POP, pays via MT103
and provides TSR and full details for fuel injection into
the Buyers designated tanks.
5. Buyer upon successful Dip Test makes full payment
by MT103/TT wire transfer for the total product and
Seller pays
commission to all intermediaries involved in the
transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of
buyer's payment
and injection commences immediately. Buyer may
decide to pay Buyers side – to be discussed.
6. Seller issues a contract for buyer’s desired duration
upon successful completion of the trial order
