EN590 and Jet Fuel Buy Requirement from Burkina Faso - 04-Oct-2024

Dear Sir,

We are looking for seller who can accept this procedure
free from any source of upfront payment or
endorsement for EN590 and Jet Fuel A1.

Looking for TTV FOB Rotterdam and Fujairah.

Bellow is the procedure to work with!

Diesel Oil En590 10 PPM

Quantity: 300000/MT (MT) Initial trial lift
Duration: 300000/MT (MT) per month for 12-month
contract
Price: $/MT

Delivery location: rotterdam/ fujairah [TTV]
payment conditions: mt-103 [all payments in USD]

FOB Procedures: TTV (Rotterdam/ Fujairah)

1. Buyer issues ICPO and the Company Registration
Certificate, Company Profile and I.D.
2. The Seller issues Draft Commercial Invoice along with
ICC Letter, Buyer signs and returns to Seller with his
Tank Storage Agreement.
3. Seller provides buyer with FULL POP Documents:
a) Fresh SGS Report (less than 48 hours)
b) Dip Test Authorization - Unconditional
c) Injection Report
d) Tank Storage Agreement
e) Tank Storage Receipt
f) Tank Farm Bar-code Information
g) Letter of Commitment to Supply
h) Passport of the Product (Q&Q)
i) Certificate of Origin Report
j) Registration Certificate
k) Confirming Warrant
l) Authority to Sell & Collect (ATSC)
4. Upon Successful Dip Test in Seller Tanks, Product
Will Immediately Be Injected into Buyer’s Vessel. Buyer
Makes Payment for The Product Via Mt103 and Seller
Transfers’ Title Ownership to Buyer along with all the
export documents.

5. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the
transaction and subsequently monthly shipment
continues asper terms and conditions of the sales and
purchase agreement contract between buyer and
seller.
6. Buyer shall have all the right to resale the product to
anyone without any objection from the Seller.
7. Buyer shall have option to use third party logistic
services as and if require also will be allowed to take
delivery of the cargo to their nominated tank/vessel. If
use such services Buyer shall notify the Seller
accordingly for which Seller shall have no objection.

Please note that Jet fuel A1 is also needed.
