EN590 and Jet A1 Buy Requirement from United Arab Emirates - 12-Aug-2026

We are interested in purchasing EN590 10PPM,
Jet A1 & D6 fuel oil at the ports of Houston via
FOB Tank-TO-Tank (TTT) methods.

1. The TTT procedure is feasible; please confirm
this with the refinery.
2. Please provide a quote based on FOB-TTT-SCO terms.
3. Transaction port: Port of Houston, USA.
4. Products to be purchased: EN590 10ppm & D6.
5. Purchase quantities:
A. EN590 10ppm: Trial order: 100,000–200,000 MT
Annual contract: 300,000–500,000 MT per month.
B. D6: Trial order: 200 million gallons;
Annual contract: 400–800 million gallons per month.

Procedure:

FOB Transaction Procedure — Tank To Tank

1. Step 1-Buyer Issues ICPO

Buyer issues an Irrevocable corporate purchase
Order (ICPO) together with a copy of the Buyer’s
International Passport (Data Page) to the Seller.

2. Step 2 — Seller Issues Commercial Invoice

Seller issues a Commercial Invoice (CI) to
Buyer for the available quantity of product
stored in Sellers storage tank.
Buyer reviews, signs, and returns the Commercial
Invoice together with the signed Tank Storage
Agreement (TSA) for Seller’s Authority to Verify and approval.

3. Step3 -Seller Issues POP Documents

Seller issues and sends the following Proof of Product
(POP) documents to Buyer:
a. Fresh SGS Report (Not Older Than 48 Hours)
b. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
c. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) — 72 Hours
d. Product Passport
e. Commitment to Supply
f. Certificate of Origin
g. Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
h. Injection Report

4. Step 4 — Dip Test and Tank Injection Preparation
Buyer conducts Dip Test on the product in Seller’s
storage tank to confirm quantity and quality.
Upon successful Dip Test, Buyer provides tank details
to Seller to commence injection of the product
into Buyer’s designated storage tank.
5. Step 5 — NCNDA/IMFPA Execution
Seller issues the NCNDA/IMFPA agreement for review
and execution by Buyer and all participating
intermediaries.
6. Step 6 — Payment and Transfer of Ownership
Within Twenty-Four (24) hours after successful Dip
Test and verification, Buyer makes 100% payment
via TT Wire Transfer to Seller.
Upon confirmation of payment, Seller transfers full title
ownership of the product to Buyer.
7. Step 7-Commission Payment
Seller pays commission to all intermediaries
involved in the transaction in accordance with the agreed
commission structure under the signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
