EN590 & Jet A1 Buy Requirement from United Arab Emirates - 24-Aug-2026

We are interested in purchasing EN590 10PPM,
Jet A1 & D6 fuel oil at the ports of Houston via
FOB Tank-TO-Tank (TTT) methods.

Please provide a quote based on FOB-TTV-(TTVIA)
terms.
Transaction port : Port of Houston, Rotterdam.
Products to be purchased : EN590 10ppm & Jet A1.
Purchase quantities :
(A) EN590 10ppm : Trial order : 100,000–200,000 MT
Annual contract : 300,000–500,000 MT per month.
(B) JET A1 : Trial order : 2 million barrels; Annual contract
4–5 million barrels per month.

Procedure :

(Buyer issues ICPO and (CPA) Charter Party Agreement
Company Profile.
The Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) to buyer, buyer
sign Commercial Invoice (Cl) and returns to seller with
NCNDA / IMFPA
signed by all buyer groups with commission structures.
(3). The Seller issues TTVIA to be signed by, Seller
Seller Logistics and Buyer, Buyer Logistics Company.

The Seller issues the following POP documents to the
buyer (Document)
Fresh SGS (Q&Q) Report (“SGS”) 72 hours
Authorization to Verify (ATV)
Injection report
Tank receipt (TSR)
certificate of origin
Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA)
ATSC
Commitment Letter to Supply
Statement of Product Availability
NCNDA / IMFPA

The Buyer shall either verify and accept the SGS or
conduct a dip test of the Product at its sole expense at
the Seller’s tank storage facility, upon positive Q&Q results
seller commences injection into the buyer tanker Vessel.
Buyer releases the full Product payment against the
CI, in accordance with the Q&Q report, to Seller’s nominated
bank account,
via MT103/TT, within 2 to 3 banking days, Seller issue
Title of Ownership certificate to Buyer followed by all
export Documentation.
(7). Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the
transaction according to the signed NCNDA-IMFPA,
Seller issues an annual (12-month) delivery contract
for review.
