We are currently sourcing Natural Raffia Fiber and are
interested in establishing a long-term supply relationship
with your company. Based on your profile, we believe
you may be a suitable supplier.

Our initial requirement is as follows:

Product: Natural Raffia Fiber (Raphia palm fiber)

Grade: Extra Grade

Quantity: 1 x 40HQ container

Length: 1.2 m and above preferred

Width: 1.5?2 cm

Form: Untreated natural fiber (please advise if you
also supply pre-softened or dyed)

Destination Port: Shanghai or Ningbo, China

Preferred Incoterm: FOB Toamasina / CIF
Ningbo or Shanghai

Could you please provide the following:

Quotation (FOB and CIF prices per ton)

Specification sheet (length, width, grade
moisture content)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Production capacity and lead time for one 40HQ container

Packaging details (bale weight and dimensions)

Certificates available (Phytosanitary Certificate
Fumigation Certificate, Certificate of Origin)

Payment terms

We would also appreciate samples for quality evaluation
before placing a formal order. Please advise the sample
cost and courier arrangement.
