Raffia Buy Requirement from China - 08-Oct-2026

We are currently sourcing Natural Raffia Fiber and are
interested in establishing a long-term supply relationship
with your company. Based on your profile, we believe you
may be a suitable supplier.

Our initial requirement is as follows:

Product: Natural Raffia Fiber
Grade: FLS (Florist Special) and Extra Grade
Quantity: 1 x 40HQ container (approx. 20-22 tons)
Length: 1.2 m and above preferred
Width: 1.5-2 cm
Form: Untreated natural fiber (please advise if you also supply
pre-softened or dyed)

Destination Port: Ningbo or Shanghai, China

Could you please provide the following:

Quotation (FOB and CIF prices per ton)
Specification sheet (length, width, grade, moisture content)
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Production capacity and lead time for one 40HQ container
Packaging details (bale weight and dimensions)
Certificates available (Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation
Certificate, Certificate of Origin)

Payment terms

We would also appreciate samples for quality evaluation before
placing a formal order. Please advise the sample cost and courier
arrangement.
