Plastic Films Buy Requirement from Poland - 27-Aug-2026

We have reviewed information about DYMSCO, the
CALEO Plane Heater range, PTC heating films and
your conductive paste technology.

Our main requirement is a continuous full-surface carbon
or CNT heating matrix. We are not interested in
conventional striped or ladder-type heating film.

Target specification:

230 V AC
120 W/m2 as the main version and optionally 200 W/m2
Widths of 500 mm and 1000 mm
Thickness around 0.338 mm
Rolls of approximately 100 m
Cutting interval of 250 mm
Active heating surface around 92 to 94 percent
Reinforced milky white PET construction
Longitudinal copper busbars with printed silver electrodes
or anti-spark mesh
Controlled operating temperature around 35 C for the
120 W/m2 version
Stable PTC power reduction around 5 to 8 percent
Installation under laminate and engineered wood with
possible wall and ceiling use

PTC film or a custom DYMSCO product can meet
these requirements.
