We are looking for a reliable second-source supplier of
stretch film at competitive pricing.

This is an ongoing, continuous supply requirement
not a spot purchase.
Type: Transparent machine stretch film (LLDPE)
Thickness: 23 microns
Width: 500 mm
Roll Weight: 18 kg gross (core approx. 0.30 kg; please
confirm net film weight)
Elongation: 100–150% (we are open to evaluating
rolls with 150–200% elongation)
Application: Automated/machine pallet wrapping
HS Code:3920.20

Immediate Requirement: 400 metric tons/month (200 MT
product 1; 200 MT product 2)
Growth Potential: Subject to competitive pricing
Target Price: Below EUR 0.80/kg per product
(USD equivalent accepted)
Incoterms: To be discussed please indicate what you
can offer (e.g. EXW, FOB Bandar Abbas,
CIF Gdansk, or other routing through Georgia and Black
Sea to EU port)
Payment Terms: to be negotiated
Delivery Destination: Kozieglowy, near Katowice,
Poland

Note: Food-grade compliance (EC 1935/2004
/ EU 10/2011) is NOT required for this application.

Please include the following in your quotation:

1. Unit price per kg (USD or EUR) for each product
at 200 MT/month per product and at higher volume tiers
2. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) per shipment, per product
3. Lead time from order confirmation to shipment
4. Incoterms you can offer and applicable ports
5. Weekly / monthly production capacity (machine and hand
film separately)
6. TÜV certification status and any other available quality
documentation
7. Availability of product samples (particularly rolls with
elongation 150–200% if available)
8. Net film weight per roll confirmed (both products)
9. Core ID (inner diameter in mm, both products)

Please note: if price and product specifications are
confirmed to match our requirements, we are
prepared to proceed directly to contract and first
shipment by passing an extended sampling phase.
