Gold Bars Buy Requirement from India - 28-Jul-2026

We have a buying requirement for Gold Dore Bars.

Quantity: Initial Trial Shipment: 100 KG
Monthly Contract: Up to 1000 KG for 12 Months
(with Roll & Extension)

Purity: Minimum 92% Au or higher (final settlement
based on refinery assay)

Origin: Africa, Latin America, or any legally approved
origin

Delivery Terms: CIF Dubai

Payment Terms: Irrevocable SBLC (MT760) issued
by a Top 50 international bank, in accordance with
agreed contractual terms.

Inspection: Independent assay and quality
verification at the nominated refinery or agreed
inspection facility.

Required Seller Documents:

- Corporate Profile
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Export License
- Proof of Product Availability
- Recent Assay Report
- FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
- Draft Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
- KYC Documents
- Any other documents required for compliance

Compliance: Seller must comply with all applicable
AML/KYC regulations, sanctions requirements,
export laws, and international trade regulations.

Buyer Procedure:

1. Seller submits FCO with complete corporate and
product documentation.
2. Buyer reviews the offer and issues LOI/ICPO if
acceptable.
3. SPA is negotiated and signed by both parties.
4. Buyer issues SBLC (MT760) in accordance with
the agreed SPA.
5. Seller arranges shipment as per contract terms.
6. Goods are inspected and assayed at destination.
7. Settlement is completed in accordance with the
SPA.

Only genuine and legally compliant sellers are
invited to respond. Brokers and mandates are
welcome, provided they are authorized by the
principal seller.
