We hereby confirm with full legal and corporate responsibility
that we are ready, willing and able to purchase Gold in Kitwe,
Zambia.

We have a refinery and operational base in Kitwe and we require
gold urgently for our refinery. We operate strictly on a cash and
carry basis in Kitwe.

Our terms are as follows:

Commodity: Gold Dore Bars / Gold Nuggets / Alluvial Gold
Origin: Zambia, specifically Kitwe, Copperbelt
Quantity: 10 to 20 Kilograms for trial, with potential to increase to
50kg to 100kg monthly after successful trial
Purity: 90% and above
Price: LBMA Second Fixing Price on transaction day minus discount
to be agreed after assay
Delivery: Kitwe, Copperbelt Province, Zambia
Payment: Immediate Cash and Carry payment after final assay at our
refinery in Kitwe.
Payment via cash USD or Zambia bank transfer same day.

Transaction Procedure:
1. Seller provides FCO with quantity, photos and exact location in Kitwe
2. Physical meeting at our refinery in Kitwe for verification
3. Joint assay and weighing at our refinery in presence of both parties
4. Upon confirmation of weight and purity, immediate payment and Buyer
takes possession

We are only interested in sellers who have product physically in KITWE
and can do face to face transaction in Kitwe. This is an urgent requirement
and we are ready to transact within 24 to 48 hours.

Funds are readily available.
