FOB Rotterdam Dip & Pay Procedure
1. Buyer Issues ICPO containing the seller's working
procedure with CIS incorporating banking details,
scanned copy of buyer's passport and buyers
company certificate of incorporation.
2. Upon approval of buyer's documents, Seller issues
Commercial Invoice (CI) of the product to buyer to be
signed and returned to seller.
3. Upon confirmation of signed CI by buyer, Seller
issues Dip Test Authorization (DTA) to Buyer,
4. Seller finalizes all documentation and
inspection/injections approval with appropriate
authority, the Seller Issue to Buyer POP
documents listed below:
a. Fresh SGS Report/Q&Q Report not older than 48
hours
b. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with GPS Coordinates
of the Tanks/Vessel location.
b. Injection Report
c. Authorization to Sell and Collect
d. Authorization to verify the product in the seller's tank
(ATV)
e. Certificate of origin
5. Buyer proceeds to conduct DIP TEST by SGS (or
equivalent), inspection of the product on buyer's
expenses and sends CPA
6. Upon Successful Dip Test in Tanks, product will
immediately be injected into buyer's Vessel, buyer
makes full payment for the product
via MT103/TT.
7. Buyer lifts the product and all intermediaries are
paid by Seller.
8. Seller and Buyer signs 12-month contract after
successful trial transaction
