Copper Cathodes Buy Requirement from South Africa - 27-Jul-2026

We are interested in buying Copper Cathodes from your
company under the following:
1. We do not make advance payments, security
deposits, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) prepayments.
2. We do not issue SBLCs, BGs, or other financial
instruments before completing our due diligence and
verification process.
3. All suppliers are subject to comprehensive KYC,
AML, sanctions, corporate, banking, and source-of-
product verification.
4. Any trial shipment must be supported by
independently verifiable proof of ownership, export
rights, and legal title.
5. Payment is made only after successful
independent inspection, verification of title, and
assay in accordance with the agreed contract.
6. Our preferred payment method is 100%
Documentary Letter of Credit at Sight (MT700)
against agreed shipping documents, or payment
following successful inspection and verification
where mutually agreed.
Should your company be willing to transact under
these principles, we would be pleased to continue
discussions and consider entering into our
Institutional Commodity Purchase Agreement after
you have issued SCO/FCO.
