Charcoal Shisha Buy Requirement from Bahrain - 30-Jun-2026

Dear Sir,

We are interested in purchasing 100% Hardwood Shisha
and Hookah Charcoal.
Please note the following requirements:

Origin: Thailand only
Quantity: 1 x 40' FCL container
Price required: Please quote your best CIF Bahrain
Port price
If your offer is competitive, we will proceed immediately.
Kindly also send us the following documents for our review:
Company profile
Factory address and location
Bank account details
Copy of any previous shipment Bill of Lading (B/L)

Please note that if you are a genuine and serious exporter
and supplier, you are requested to obtain all necessary
approvals before proceeding with any contract or agreement.

As part of our standard international trading procedure,
we will personally visit your factory/warehouse to verify
the company, inspect the available stock, and assess
the product quality. We will also personally supervise
the container loading and stuffing at the shipper’s
premises.

Our payment terms will be as follows:
- 30% advance payment immediately after meeting the
exporter/supplier and completing the factory inspection
- Balance 70% against the scanned copy of the original
Bill of Lading, or we will collect the complete set of
original shipping documents in person during our visit

Please understand that the purpose of our visit is not to
negotiate the price or alter any agreed commercial terms.
Any commitment we make will be fully honored.

If the first shipment is completed successfully, we intend to
place at least 3 more container orders with your company.
We are seeking a long-term business relationship based on
trust and transparency.
