Hevea Charcoals Buy Requirement from Yugoslavia - 22-Jun-2026

Dear Sir,

We are looking for a reliable and strategic supplier in Cote
d'Ivoire for a regular supply of high-quality Hevea Wood Charcoal
for restaurants and barbecues.

Our request is structured in two distinct stages:
Initial trial order: We wish to order an initial 20-foot
container (20" ST) to validate the logistics, delivery times,
and the conformity of the coal quality (moisture content less
than 8%, particle size, fixed carbon content).

Long-term contract: If the quality of this first container meets
our requirements, our actual need is for 100 metric tons per
month on a regular basis, representing a continuous flow of
approximately 6 20" containers per month.

Knowing current market prices, we are seeking a solid
partnership based on the most competitive price possible
to secure large monthly volumes.

Could you please send us your best commercial offer
(FOB Port of Abidjan or CIF Europe) along with your
general terms and conditions:

Your preferential rates for the trial container and for the
monthly volume (100t).

Your payment terms and conditions (e.g., letter of credit,
bank transfer with deposit, etc.).

Confirmation that you will provide all the required
documents for maritime transport (MSDS certificate,
Vanning/stuffing certificate, phytosanitary certificate).

The available packaging options (plain or customized
bags, PP or paper).
