Gold Dores Buy Requirement from Canada - 26-May-2026

Dear Sir,

We are interested in exploring a potential transaction
for AU Gold Dore Bars from Benin.
Specifically, we are looking for:
Product: AU Gold Dore Bars
Purity: Minimum 96% at origin (refined to
99.99%+ in Dubai)
Delivery Terms: CIF Dubai, UAE
Payment: Upon delivery and Final Assay confirmation
at our designated refinery in Dubai

To move forward, we would kindly ask you to confirm:
1. Current availability and quantity you are able to
supply (trial and ongoing)
2. Your target pricing (USD per kg, LBMA-based)
3. Country of origin and loading point

Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will forward
our Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for
your review. We will also require your company's
KYC documentation and a copy of your export/
mining license as part of our due diligence process.

Please note that our standard procedure requires
the Seller to provide collateral (gold or equivalent,
valued at 2 the Buyer's tax advance) prior to any
payment, in accordance with our SPA terms.
