We need to purchase of AU Gold Bullion purity determined
by final assay

Commodity Specifications
Commodity: AU Gold Bullion.
Purity: To be determined by Final Assay Report
(Expected 99.9% or higher).
Quantity: [Insert Quantity, e.g., 50kg] trial shipment,
followed by [Insert Quantity, e.g., 50kg] monthly tranches.
Pricing: Based on the Second London Fix (LBMA)
on the date of the Final Assay Report.
Final Valuation: Total price calculated based on the
net gold content as verified by the destination refinery.

Delivery and Logistics
Incoterms: CIF Hong Kong International Airport (HKG).
Secure Carrier: Loomis International (Door-to-Door).
Destination Refinery: Sun Yip Hong Gold Dealers
Limited (Member 152), Hong Kong.

Payment Terms and Schedule
Initial Payment: 80% of the estimated value
(based on Seller’s preliminary documents)
shall be paid via MT103/TT on the day of arrival
at the refinery in Hong Kong.
Final Settlement: The remaining balance, adjusted for
actual purity and weight per the Final Assay Report,
shall be paid within 5 business days of the report issuance.
Title Transfer: Final name change and legal transfer of
ownership will be executed immediately upon the final
settlement.

Documentation
Seller must provide: Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin,
Packing List, Export Permits, and a Master Air Waybill (MAWB)
marked Air Freight Pre-paid.
